Zone 1: Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, Vinings ( 12 mile perimeter of Atlanta)
Zone 2: Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Marietta, ( 12-20 mile perimeter)
Zone 3: Kennesaw, Duluth, Alpharetta (outside 20 mile perimeter)

Vehicle Policies:

Smoking and eating ar not permitted in our vehicles. For your refreshment, we provide complimentary chilled bottled water and beverages.

Rate Policies:

***All above rates include standard Driver's Gratuity and 7% Sales Tax
Phone Charges $2.00 per minute local
Airport Parking $1.00 per hour

Travel Time (for pick-ups outside Greater Atlanta only):

All charges for pick-ups outside Greater Atlanta are computed from the time the vehicle leaves the Downtown Atlanta area until it returns. There is a 30 minute minimum travel time to and from all pick-up and drop-off locations outside this area.

Driver's Gratuity:

A standard gratuity is automatically included in our rates. Additional gratuities are not expected by the driver, but we welcome at client's or passenger's discretion.

No-Shows/Late Cancellation:

All no-shows and late cancellations will be billed the minimum charge of the vehicle.
Cancellation must be made within the following guidelines to avoid cancellation charges:

A minimum of 4 hours notice prior to the scheduled pick-up for airport transfers.
A minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled pick-up time for charters.
Reservations for Proms, Special Events and Conventions must be secured by a non-refundable deposit.

Sporting Events, City Wide Events and Conventions:

All rates and minimums may vary during high demand events and dates. Please contact our office our office for quotes on special dates such as New Year's Eve, Super Bowl, Masters, etc.
